We felt welcomed by the staff upon check-in. The hotel allowed us to stay with my special needs son's autism support dog, which made a huge difference for our family. The nearby sights were easily walkable, creating a superb experience for us.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms were cramped and lacked adequate ventilation. It would help if they provided more spacious family rooms.

The room was tight but had two windows letting in nice breezes. The bathroom was tiny, just enough to get by. Beds were okay—could use a bit more comfort. The vibe of the place was chill, though, which I liked. Perfect spot to crash after exploring Venice. Totally not a luxury experience, but it worked for what we needed.
